Austin Theory is the current EVOLVE Champion and made news when he started going after John Cena.
Austin Theory was interviewed by Chris Van Vliet, where Austin was asked what his theory was. Austin said he will be WWE Champion someday.
When the EVOLVE Champion was asked why he went after John Cena, he gave the following reason:
“Why not go after the top? Not the middle, not the kinda at the top. The top guy, John Cena.”
Cena replied to Austin Theory not with words, but with a picture of Austin on Cena’s Instagram. Theory said it was a surreal experience for him.
“Waking up and seeing that was surreal just because of how I got into wrestling was because of John Cena. Being eight-years-old and wearing tennis armbands on my arms — not actually having the money for the John Cena merch, but I had that. Having the camo shorts and stuff like that. Him kinda being a role model for me.”
Austin also said that he gained around eight thousand followers after Cena posted a picture of him.
