The wrestling world has been buzzing over the launch of All Elite Wrestling, and the rumors surrounding the company.
AEW recently announced the signing of their first five stars to the company, as Cody & Brandi Rhodes, The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson), and Hangman Page all signed their contracts earlier this week. In addition the AEW has signed top female wrestler Britt Baker, as well as all three members of SoCal Uncensored, Christopher Daniels, Frankie Kazarian, and Scorpio Sky to contracts.
According to a report from Dave Meltzer on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, some light has been shed onto the length of some of AEW’s deals with their new stars.
Regarding the contracts that have been signed with AEW, Meltzer said:
“I mean they’re big deals. The key guys Young Bucks and Cody, not everyone, but those guys are under five-year contracts. They signed five-year deals.”
