John Cena’s New Schedule Reported To Be Like The Undertaker’s
WWE Superstar John Cena has not been around much over the last year or so, as he has been working on a lot of projects outside of WWE.
One of those projects was the current blockbuster movie “Bumblebee”, which is part of The Transformers franchise. Cena recently returned to WWE TV appearing on an episode of RAW & SmackDown Live, as well as working a few WWE Live Event House Show’s.
Cena announced his entry into this year’s Royal Rumble match, however it had previously been reported that he was leaving once again following the event to film another movie.
John Cena’s schedule with WWE was discussed on the latest episode of Barn Burner’s No Holds Barred podcast. Joseph Peisich reported that with John Cena’s obligations in Hollywood that he may have to work a very light schedule with WWE from here out.
Regarding John Cena’s future WWE schedule, Peisich said:
“John Cena is going to be like The Undertaker. He’s going to show up on major, major events and that’s it after the Royal Rumble. He may show up at WrestleMania, but John Cena don’t forget he’s 42-years-old now and his days are past.”
