As seen on this week’s episode of SmackDown LIVE, Becky Lynch, Carmella and Charlotte Flair competed in a triple-threat match to determine the number one contender for the SmackDown Women’s Championship.
It was a solid match, with each competitor giving it their all to get the win. However, Becky Lynch eventually won the match by applying a Dis-Arm-Her on Carmella and making her submit.
So, it will be Asuka defending her Smackdown Women’s Title against Becky Lynch at the Royal Rumble. This match was once cancelled but now it is officially going to happen.
