Injuries can happen at any given moment in the world of professional wrestling. Superstars put their bodies on the line in every match in order to entertain the fans, which comes at the cost of their health at times.
According to a preliminary fan report from the WWE house show in Charleston West Virginia, it looks like WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy possibly got hurt during the event.
Buddy competed against Cedric Alexander in a match that was said to be a show stealer for fans. It was said that in the match, Murphy landed on his knee during a spot in their match and might have injured it.
This is what the fan said during the show:
“Buddy Murphy got injured at the #WWECharleston house show. Such a crazy sight seeing that in person. Looked like it hurt when he landed directly on his knee.”
We hope it isn’t anything serious and that it was just a bad bump that he had taken in the match.
