It seems that another star has suffered an injury and will be missing time.
Akam of AOP suffered a type of injury that will keep him out of action for a few months at least.
On Wrestling Observer Online, Dave Meltzer said all he knew regarding this situation. Here is what he said:
“Akam from the Authors Of Pain is hurt. I don’t know the nature of the injury, but it’s a leg injury and he’s going to be out for a couple of months as I understand. I did hear that tonight so that’s why we haven’t seen him.
Akam’s injury will pretty much stop AOP’s momentum in its tracks, along with whatever development Drake Maverick had. Perhaps WWE will figure something out for Rezar in the mean time. Hopefully Akam returns sooner rather than later.
