Braun Strowman Cleared To Compete – Wrestles Finn Balor On RAW
On last week’s episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, Braun Strowman was stripped of his Universal Title Match against Brock Lesnar at the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV. It was reported that Strowman was removed from the match and replaced with Finn Balor because he was yet to be cleared to compete, and thus the decision was made to go with their backup plan.
As we saw on tonight’s episode of RAW, Braun Strowman came out and interrupted a segment with Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman and Vince McMahon only to eventually be joined by Finn Balor. McMahon would then set up a match between Strowman and Balor to take place right then. This would obviously indicate that Strowman has finally be cleared for in ring competition.
This means that Strowman would have been able to compete Sunday at the Royal Rumble against Brock Lesnar, despite last week’s decision to replace him with Balor.
You can see some videos highlighting the match between Finn Balor and Braun Strowman below.
