NXT TakeOver: Phoenix ended with a rather interesting brawl between a few superstars, after the cameras went off. However, after it was all over, three superstars came out and waved goodbye to the fans. The nature of the goodbye is unclear, but this makes one wonder that it could be the final time we see them in NXT.
Velveteen Dream, Ricochet, and Aleister Black bid the Phoenix crowd farewell. Due to this, Dave Meltzer speculated on Wrestling Observer Radio that the three might be joining the main roster very soon.
“There was talk of Velveteen coming up a long time ago, Ricochet like you said he could come up.”
As reported earlier, there were also talks of Aleister Black being called up for the main roster. We will have to wait and see if the three do end up getting called up.
