Beyond Wrestling held their #StreamBeyond event yesterday. There was apparently a very scary incident that occurred during the event which saw Anthony Stone suffer some nasty injuries during his match with Rex Lawless.
The injuries occurred when Stone was on the receiving end of a double foot stomp from the top rope from Rex Lawless. According to an update from Beyond Wrestling Stone suffered multiple broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and a broken collarbone. Stone will remain in the hospital through Wednesday while Doctors monitor his condition.
Beyond Wrestling posted an update this morning on twitter regarding Anthony Stone’s condition, which read:
“Update on Anthony Stone – he suffered four broken ribs, two collapsed lungs, and a broken collar bone in his match yesterday.
He is still in the hospital and will be until at least Wednesday so they can monitor his condition.
We’ll provide more updates when we get them.”
