Jimmy Uso was recently arrested after trying to fight with a police officer after he was pulled over since his and Naomi’s car reeked of alcohol. No DUIs were given but he was arrested and had to post bond after being charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction.
WWE didn’t punish Jimmy for this and made no reference in their official statement. To add to that Bryan Alvarez commented on Wrestling Observer Live that The Usos might still win the Smackdown Live Tag Team Titles at Elimination Chamber.
“I think you’ll be surprised because The Usos’ contracts are coming up here in a few months and the company doesn’t want them going to AEW. So I wouldn’t be surprised if The Usos won the titles quite frankly.”
With their contracts expiring in April, WWE is concerned over them leaving for AEW, so they will try to keep them happy as much as they can. So we might just be seeing new champions at Elimination Chamber.
