It was reported last week that RAW & SmackDown LIVE Announcer Corey Graves has been involved with WWE Superstar Carmella. The news broke when the soon-to-be ex-wife of Corey Graves took to social media to air her & Graves dirty laundry, revealing that he had been “cheating” on her with Carmella. It was later reported that Graves and had been separated from his wife for awhile and they had not been living together for the last couple months.
On the latest episode of the “Oh, You Didn’t Know” podcast, Brad Shepard reported that the relationship between Corey Graves and former SmackDown LIVE Women’s Champion Carmella was a very “hot topic” around WWE Headquarters this week. He added that most within the company have chalked the situation up as just being something that happens as part of “life on the road.”
Regarding the Carmella and Graves relationship, Shepard said:
“So the Corey Graves/Carmella situation was a hot topic at WWE headquarters.”
“So I was told [by a source in WWE] that Corey was really cool and I’m not going to go into some of the personal details that I was made aware of, but essentially the situation was chalked up to life on the road.”
“You’ve read the reports and I don’t know what’s true, you know. Was there an extramarital affair and there was a report that came out saying they’ve been separated for months. I just know what I was told is that Corey’s really cool and you know basically this was just a situation of a casualty of life on the road.”
