Big Changes Made To Raw Due To Seth Rollins’ Injury
RAW experienced a lot of changes this week. Seth Rollins’ injury is an example of the unexpected things WWE had to deal with.
Dave Meltzer noted on Wrestling Observer Radio how Vince McMahon reached the RAW building at around 2:00 PM and had to re-write the entire RAW as Seth Rollins was involved in the show.
“So they script the show and the Gargano/Ciampa vs Revival match is on the show and Seth Rollins was supposed to be all over the show. Okay? The show was built around Seth Rollins.”“Everyone thought that he’d be okay. So Seth Rollins has an L7 problem in his back. He doesn’t need surgery, he just needs rest. They thought that he would be cleared at any time and he wasn’t cleared. He’s probably not far from being cleared.”
“He was there, but a lot of his segments that involved him being in the ring had to be removed.”
Apparently, RAW was pretty much built on Rollins this week, so his absence meant RAW had to be changed.
Hopefully Rollins will be at his best by Wrestlemania. After all, he has a huge match against Brock Lesnar at Wrestlemania.
