The New Day made their official WWE debut on November 28th, 2014. The trio are the longest reigning Tag Team Champions in WWE history.
They have won five WWE Tag Team Championships, sold a lot of merchandise and made tag team wrestling great again. However, as Kofi is getting pushed to the moon, The New Day might eventually break up.
Bryan Alvarez said on Wrestling Observer Live that he thinks after Kofi Kingston’s match against Daniel Bryan at Fastlane, Big E will turn on Kofi Kingston and they will have a match at Wrestlemania.
“Big E is going to turn on Kofi Kingston. I watched the show last night. Kofi’s talking about how he loves his brothers. He’s getting another opportunity. These guys are just hanging out in the background and throwing pancakes. It’s inevitable. Big E vs Kofi Kingston at WrestleMania. That’s my prediction.”
It is likely that they will make Daniel Bryan face any of the returning superstars. We will have to wait and see what happens.
