Roman Reigns announced during WWE RAW this week that his leukemia is in remission and that he is back. He returned later on in the night, teaming up with Seth Rollins to save Dean Ambrose and teased Shield reunion. While this happened very quickly, it is what Roman wanted.
Fightful reports that Roman Reigns returning so quickly after his remission was completely his decision. Vince McMahon was also the first one to learn that Roman’s leukemia is in remission.
This news came early last week and this explains why Vince McMahon made the announcement on Friday of Roman’s return to RAW.
His return was kept under wraps and only a few people knew of this. This includes Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Triple H, Kevin Dunn, and Michelle Wilson as they were given details about what would be happening on RAW this morning.
