Akam suffered an injury a while ago and since then AOP hasn’t been used much at all. It is now a wonder what WWE will do with AOP.
Akam needed a knee surgery in December and his expected recovery time is around 2-3 months. While Drake Maverick has been seen with Rezar a few times, they have barely been on TV ever since their momentum stopped.
Wrestle Votes was recently about AOP’s status. It seems that WWE does have plans for AOP but it will only be after Akam makes his return.
We will have to wait and see when Akam finally makes his in-ring return and AOP can be reunited once again.
