A new title match was added to Wrestlemania last night, as Rey Mysterio announced that he will be challenging Samoa Joe for the US Title at Wrestlemania.
Dave Meltzer said that this wasn’t WWE’s original plan whatsoever on Wrestling Observer Radio.
“You know Rey and Andrade were booked for WrestleMania and why that changed I have no idea.”
WWE changes plans on the fly, so we don’t know if this plan will remain either. We will get to know in good time.
