Jim Ross Records WWE Documentary on the Undertaker in Final Day of WWE Contract
Jim Ross officially announced on Twitter that Friday was his last day under WWE contract.
Ross finished up his second stint in WWE which started at WrestleMania 33, in which he commented the no holds barred match that involved Roman Reigns and the Undertaker.
It was announced following that show that JR would have signed a two year contract with WWE following his departure in 2013. Ross would go on to commentate matches in the Mae Young Classic, reunited with Jerry Lawler for RAW’s 25th anniversary, and Andre the Giant Battle Royal for WrestleMania 34.
JR’s last appearance was on the pre-show panel for the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia.
Ross announced on Twitter today that after 26 years in WWE he is leaving the company and Ross also stated how he was going out, being part of a documentary on the Undertaker.
