Luke Harper has been out of action since October 2 2018 with double ligament reconstruction wrist surgery.
Harper has been cleared since early February and has not been brought to any television tapings since then.
Harper will be facing Dijak at WrestleMania Axxess in his first match back, which to some can be viewed as insulting and a slap in the fact due to the fact of not being involved or a thought on television but able to face an NXT talent.
