This past Monday, Rey Mysterio, competed for the first time in about 5 years.
Mysterio originally was slated to face Kurt Angle in his farewell tour but plans changed and Rey ended up facing Angle’s WrestleMania opponent, Baron Corbin.
Mysterio injured his ankle in his match against Corbin and because of it his match against Andrade that was expected to be on Smackdown had been cancelled.

Due to the injury, Mysterio’s WrestleMania 35 match against Samoa Joe for the United States Championship is now in jeopardy.
