Conor McGregor & Stephanie McMahon Drop Huge Potential WWE Tease In Twitter Exchange Following WrestleMania 35
Last night Becky Lynch walked out of the Winner Take All WrestleMania 35 Main Event as both the RAW and SmackDown Women’s Champion. Following the match, recently retired former UFC Champion Conor McGregor commented on Becky Lynch’s historic victory and teased a potential future WWE career in a huge way.
Conor tweeted out a congratulatory tweet to Becky Lynch, where he commented on her being the first double Women’s WWE Champion, and complemented Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair as well. He followed that up by saying that Stephanie McMahon was right, and that he could not do what those athletes do, or could he.
You can see Conor McGregor’s tweet below.
Congrats to Irelands Becky Lynch, the WWE’s first Champ Champ.
Wow!
What a match these ladies put on! Ronda Rousey is something special in that ring, as is Charlotte Flair of the Flair dynasty!
Stephanie McMahon you are right, I could not do what these athletes do.
Or could I…— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) April 8, 2019
Conor’s tweet in turn brought out a response from Stephanie McMahon, where she playfully teased McGregor back saying that he would never know until he tried.
