Former ECW Star Says The WrestleMania Main Event Is Not A Place For Women
Last night at WrestleMania 35, the main event featured a Winner Take All match between Becky Lynch, Ronda Rousey, and Charlotte Flair.
The women gave it their all and went all out on the grandest stage of them all. Many fans were sent home happy after seeing Becky Lynch come out victorious, capturing the RAW & SDLive Women’s Titles. While the match had it’s hiccups, including a questionable finish, for the most part it seemed to be well received by fans watching. Although not everyone felt the same way about the women Main Eventing WrestleMania 35, and one of those people was former ECW Wrestler Christian York who took to twitter and expressed his feelings on the matter.
York wrote:
“I’m going to say it like this!!!! THE WRESTLEMANIA MAIN EVENT IS NOT A PLACE FOR A WOMAN OR 3 WOMEN!!! IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE LEFT TO MEN!!!”
