AEW’s Weekly TV Program Reported To Air On Tuesday Nights
It had previously been reported that All Elite Wrestling was close to landing a television deal with a major cable network, this was also stated by recent AEW signee Jim Ross.
Yesterday a report by Fight Oracle stated that Turner Sports (TNT & TBS) will be presenting AEW at their upfronts to their advertisers on May 15th. This will be when the Networks announce their fall lineup of content to their advertisers, and it is expected that an AEW Television Show will be amongst the presentations.
It has also been rumored for months that AEW has been targeting Tuesday for their weekly TV program, as it had previously been reported that one of the copyrights filed by the company included “Tuesday Night Dynamite.” It now seems as though AEW TV will air on Tuesday nights as a follow-up report from Fight Oracle also claims.
Fight Oracle sent out a tweet late Wednesday night that stated:
“Word is @AEWrestling will debut the same week as WWE Smackdown moving to Fox. AEW will be on Tuesdays.”
