The Hurricane Possibly Retiring From In-Ring Competition

Earlier today, Shane Helms, better known as The Hurricane announced that he may be retiring from in ring competition after this weekend.

The show that Hurricane will be wrestling On is Chikara’s next show.

If this is his last match, he will be retiring just short of 30 years as an in ring competitor.

Shane has recently been hired as a producer/agent for WWE and has a weekly podcast called Highway 2 Helms. Over the past few months Hurricane has been eluding to hanging up the boots, due to his schedule with the company and his body not keeping up in the ring. Which would be expected when 3/4 of his life has been dedicated to being in the ring.
