PWX Legend Event On July 7th To Feature Jushin Thunder Liger As Part Of His Retirement Tour

Sunday night, June 2nd Premiere Wrestling Xperience held an event on the Rooftop of the Epicenter in Charlotte, North Carolina. The event featured former WWE Superstar Tye Dillinger, now known as Shawn Spears in the Main Event.

However, that wasn’t the only huge attraction that night. For weeks PWX Fans and members of their facebook page and group had been searching for Easter Eggs that were clues for a HUGE announcement which had been teased and hyped to be revealed on Sunday night when PWX Invaded The Rooftop.

I was in attendance Sunday night as I made the drive from near Asheville, NC down to Charlotte after I received a phone call from my friend Brian who happens to be the owner and promoter of PWX, who told me this would be an announcement that I would not want to miss… and he was not lying.

It was announced that on July 7th, PWX will hold their “LEGEND” event live from the historic Grady Cole Center in Charlotte, NC and the event will feature wrestling legend Jushin Thunder Liger’s only appearance in the south as part of his retirement tour. In addition to Liger’s farewell appearance, NJPW Stars Rocky Romero and Roppongi 3k will be there, with more names to be announced at a later date.
