UFC Star Offered $5 Million To Appear On RAW As Champion
UFC Veteran Chael Sonnen recently sat down and spoke to Ariel Helwani and revealed that he had previously received a huge seven figure offer from WWE to jump ship after his UFC 148 fight with Anderson Silva or to just no show the event.
Sonnen was scheduled to fight Anderson Silva for the UFC Middleweight Title, and apparently he received a call from somebody in WWE – whom he would not name, and he was offered a large sum of money to no show the event. The offer then grew substantially as he was then offered another deal that would have saw him appear on Monday Night RAW as a UFC Champion if he defeated Silva for the belt.
Sonnen said:
“I got two offers — or the second one was do show and beat him and be on Raw with the belt on Monday. Yeah, and that was a much bigger offer.”
Chael went on to state that he was offered $1 million dollars to “no call, no show” and $5 million to show up on RAW with the UFC belt. Sonnen said that he never considered the offer, he was then asked why WWE wanted him so badly, to which he paused and stated, “to stick it up Dana White’s ass.”

Wild story from Chael P yesterday about the time he was offered a million by someone at WWE to no show the second Anderson Silva fight or show up on Raw, if he won, with the belt for 5 mil.
