Jim Cornette Says OJ Simpson Owes Him Money, And Fake OJ Account Responds On Twitter
Lance Storm sent out a tweet, talking about where he was when he watched the infamous low speed Ford Bronco chase on June 17th, 1993.
The police were chasing OJ because he was suspected of murdering his ex-wife and her friend. The chase and subsequent trial was the most talked about piece of news in the mid-90’s. News traveled slow in those days, not like how today where big news stories will be talked about for a week at most. This story captivated America’s attention for months. WWE at the time was even rumored to have wanted OJ to be involved in an angle for WrestleMania 12, years after the initial crime and trial had happened.
It appears that because of the night and time the chase happened, Jim Cornette feels less fans showed up to his indie wrestling promotion, Smoky Mountain Wrestling’s, shows.
Real OJ has yet to respond to this most recent tweet by Cornette. Neither Lance or Cornette tagged OJ in any of their tweets, meaning the fake account is most likely a wrestling fan.
