Vince McMahon Reportedly Wants To “Dabble” Into WWE’s Money To Fund XFL Relaunch
Vince McMahon is set to re-launch the XFL in 2020, and it had originally been stated that the WWE and XFL would remain separate entities, and that no money from WWE would be used to fund his upcoming football venture (again).
Well, it now looks as though that may not be the case, as it sounds like once again those two worlds are might be colliding.
According to a report from Brad Shepard, Vince McMahon is said to be wanting to “dabble” into WWE’s money and not personal stock, to provide additional funding for the XFL and it’s launch next year.
Shepard wrote:
“According to a source in the company, Vince McMahon wants to dabble into #WWE money (not personal stock) to provide additional funding for the #XFL, leaving some concern internally about how that may impact the company’s finances.”
