Lars Sullivan Out Of Action Six To Nine Months Following Surgery
WWE Superstar Lars Sullivan has had a rough time since his call up to the main roster.
First his debut was delayed after suffering from severe anxiety attacks that caused him to be sent home, and most recently Sullivan was forced off the road after suffering an injury. It now looks like Lars could be out of action for the rest of the year, as his injury appears to be worse than originally thought.
According to a report from The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Lars Sullivan underwent an MRI earlier this week and the results were not positive. It was stated that, “the company believes he will be out six to nine months.”
In an update, on the latest episode of Wrestling Observer Live, Bryan Alvarez mentioned that Lars Sullivan is already out of surgery. Alvarez said:
“I don’t know what it was, I just know it was one of those fluke deals that happens all the time. You’re just doing something and then it goes whatever body part, I think it was his knee. Anyway, he had surgery this morning and he will be out six to nine months.”
It was also pointed out that a guy with the build and look of Lars Sullivan will more than likely get another chance with Vince McMahon, so there is not much need to worry that Vince will abandon his project. Alvarez noted that he has been wrong before, especially when trying to predict Vince McMahon’s thought process, but that Sullivan will most likely be back.
We will keep you updated if we hear anything else about Lars Sullivan and his reported knee surgery and any news about his health status.
