MLW Announces First Pay-Per-View Event
MLW CEO Court Bauer told Sports Illustrated they will be holding their first pay-per-view event titled “Saturday Night SuperFight” and will go down on November 2nd at Cicero Stadium near Chicago.
All of the MLW Titles are expected to be contested that night, as MLW continues to capitalize on the current popularity of professional wrestling, hence now the timing is right for the company to hold their first pay-per-view event.
Bauer told Sports Illustrated that “This is a chance for MLW to make a statement,” “We want to give value to our fans. That’s why we’re charging only $19.95.” A very reasonable price compared to other promotions.
The current plan is that the show will be available on all cable and dish carriers in the United States and Canada.
Fans attending tonight’s MLW King of Colosseum will have the first chance to purchase tickets for SuperFight in November per their Twitter page.
MLW’s weekly show FUSION airs every Saturday night on beIN Sports.
