Jeff Hardy had to relinquish the SmackDown Tag Team Titles shortly after winning the Titles with his brother Matt Hardy owing to a knee injury that he suffered.
He required knee reconstruction surgery and at his age, it is certainly a worrisome incident. It also happened at a terrible time as Jeff and Matt were not even able to defend their titles before having to relinquish them.
On Oh, You Didn’t Know, Brad Shepard revealed that Jeff Hardy’s recovery from injury is going better than expected as he is healing faster than what was originally thought.
“Jeff Hardy is healing up a lot quicker than initially thought. However, his return is still a while off.”
We hope Jeff Hardy recovers sooner rather than later and makes his return as WWE is in dire need of his star power.
