The first ever weekly live episode of NXT aired on USA Network yesteday and it was a rousing success. The wrestlers really showcased their abilities and went as hard as they possibly could. Some wrestlers ended up going to hard and there are some injuries coming out of the event.
Kona Reeves suffered a strike to the cheek that required five stitches.
Arturo Ruas got x-rays on his fingers after his match with Pete Dunne.
Dream was seen walking gingerly backstage, he has lumbar pain and is not cleared.
Since this is on the WWE YouTube channel, it’s unclear whether these injuries are legitimate or if it’s WWE’s attempt at making their worked injuries seem legitimate.
