Cain Velasquez debuted on the season premiere of Smackdown and was by the side of Rey Mysterio.
On that exact episode, Velasquez, attacked Brock Lesnar following his WWE Championship win against Kofi Kingston.
During WWE’s Press Conference last week, they announced that Velasquez and Lesnar will be going one on one at Crown Jewel (there was no mention of the title being on the line at the time)
The former UFC fighter tweeted out the following tweet talking about UFC and his upcoming match for the Universal Championship…that’s right, the wrong championship.

A small mistake made on the end of Velasquez but it doesn’t come off well to fans due to the fact that it shows he might be uneducated or not care enough.
One would have to think that Cain Velasquez will be facing Brock Lesnar at Crown Jewel for the WWE Championship.
