Confrontation Between Matt Riddle & Brock Lesnar Referenced During Media Class At WWE Performance Center
We have been reporting on the reported confrontation that went down backstage Sunday at the Royal Rumble between WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and NXT Superstar Matt Riddle.
The two are said to have had verbal confrontation backstage in Houston during the Royal Rumble PPV, as its been reported that Lesnar approached Riddle and had some words with him about tagging him on social media.
In addition there have been reports about Riddle having heat on him backstage currently. Which now appears to be even more apparent as a new report from PWInsider claims that during a media class today at the WWE Performance Center it was specifically stated that Superstars should not be tweeting and calling out WWE Superstars on RAW or SmackDown without their knowledge.
“There’s absolutely truth to the story, to the point that earlier today, during a media class at the WWE Performance Center, there was a specific mention of not tweeting and calling out talents from Raw and Smackdown without their knowledge, which got a big laugh from the NXT talents in attendance.”
