Exclusive: Update On Austin Aries Denying Recent AEW Report

Wednesday night, All Elite Wrestling was in Atlanta, Georgia for their Dynamite show on TNT.

We exclusively reported following the event that former WWE Superstar and IMPACT Wrestling World Champion Austin Aries was backstage at AEW Dynamite and that he had been spotted arriving with DDP. We were told that Aries and DDP were there to get AEW to but into a new stem cell venture.

Aries has since denied the report. However, Aries personally reached out to me and sent me the following “correction” to my report.

“I work for BioX. I did have meetings about partnerships and collaborations with both DDP and DDPY Brand as well as AEW.”

It is no secret in the wrestling world that Austin Aries has been notoriously hard to work with in the past, as well as being called a “compulsive liar”. Additionally numerous independent wrestling promotions that I have spoken to have been “shocked” in the past “when he actually did business.” Sources have also stated to me that Aries is “always working.”
