Rob Gronkowski is no stranger to the squared circle. He helped his friend Mojo Rawley in winning the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Now it seems he might be signing with WWE.
According to Ryan Satin on WWE Backstage, Rob Gronkowski is close to signing with WWE.
He is a three-time Super Bowl Champion and is “deep in talks with WWE and close to signing a deal.” It was said that there is a possibility he might be appearing on the March 20th episode of Smackdown in New Orleans.
Rob retired from professional football last season. He showed interest in acting, but he can also do that while he is wrestling. We will have to see when he signs with WWE and what the company might have planned for him.
