The COVID-19 outbreak is far from over and it seems Kayla Braxton has contracted the disease. However, it seems this was not the first time.
She took to Twitter and informed fans that it is possible to get COVID-19 a second time. She tested positive in March, and recovered. However, she was tested positive again after taking another est.
Was keeping it quiet but since everyone else is sharing, I feel like it is my responsibility to share this PSA: YOU CAN GET COVID-19 MORE THAN ONCE! I had it back in early March and then thought I was invincible after I recovered. Not true. Dont be dumb like me.

She is currently working for WWE from home. Although Kayla did not reveal whether or not she was the positive COVID-19 case after WrestleMania, the timeline appears that may be the case.
Since announcing her second positive test for COVID-19 she has deleted her twitter account.
