Earlier this morning, New Japan Pro Wrestling hosted the finals of the New Japan Cup where EVIL took on Kazuchika Okada. The match ended in chaos as members of Bullet Club shockingly helped EVIL. You would be forgiven for thinking that it was nothing more than BC continuing their beef with Okada.
But then EVIL called on double champion and his LIJ (Los Ingobernables De Japon) faction leader Tetsuya Naito to come down to the ring and celebrate his monumental victory. Naito went to fist bump his cohort but instead, EVIL turned it into a Two Sweet gesture and hit his Everything Is EVIL finisher before being joined by the Bullet Club members in the ring.
EVIL, now seemingly a member of Bullet Club will take on Naito in just 24 hours at Dominion following the biggest angle of the year so far in NJPW. The move makes sense as Bullet Club’s two main leaders KENTA and Jay White are both unable to return fo Japan for potentially quite some time, and needing leadership, Bullet Club made EVIL their main man.
