AJ Styles Says He Doesn’t Think WWE Will Hold Events Outside Of The Performance Center Until 2021

Currently the location for this year’s WWE SummerSlam PPV is still up in the air. More than likely the event will be held at the WWE Performance Center, but according to reports the company is still looking for options to hold the event in another location. One thing that is for certain is that the event is not taking place in Boston as originally planned.

On a recent live Twitch stream, WWE Superstar AJ Styles talked about the reports of WWE holding SummerSlam somewhere other than the WWE PC. Styles stated that he has no idea what’s going on with SummerSlam, but that if he was a “betting man”, that he feels as though WWE won’t be holding any events outside of the Performance Center until 2021.

“I have no idea what’s going on with SummerSlam or where it’s gonna be, if it’s going to be at the PC or if we’re actually going to get to do this. If I’m a betting man, I bet that we don’t do anything until 2021 outside the Performance Center. I could be wrong; I hope I’m wrong, but just based on everything and how everything is going on, it would surprise me if we did.”
