Two AEW Stars appear to have officially signed contracts with the company.
Former AEW World Champion Chris Jericho revealed during the latest episode of his “Saturday Night Special” that Dark Order members Alex Reynolds and John Silver have both officially signed AEW contracts.
“And also, too, I got to hand it to John Silver and Alex Reynolds who signed their first contracts this week.”
Reynolds and Silver made their pro wrestling debut as a tag team back in 2011 for New York Wrestling Connection. Over the years the two have wrestled with EVOLVE, CZW, House of Hardcore, Beyond Wrestling, and PWG just to name a few. The duo also appeared on the September 10th, 2019 edition of WWE SmackDown, where the two lost a squash match to Heavy Machinery at Madison Square Garden.
The two debuted for AEW in late 2019 in a losing effort against Santana & Ortiz. Eventually the team would become members of The Dark Order, and began being featured heavily on AEW programming.
