Former UFC Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight Champion Daniel Cormier announced his retirement on Saturday night after losing to UFC Heavyweight Champion Stipe Miocic in the final fight of their epic trilogy at UFC 252.
Dave Meltzer has since reported on the Sunday Night’s Main Event that WWE have an interest in signing him. FOX also have interest in bringing Cormier to the SmackDown announce team, currently occupied by Michael Cole and Corey Graves.
Cormier is still under contract with the UFC to do color commentary for them.
