Buff Bagwell was involved in a horrific car accident on August 16th. According to Cobb County’s website, the former WCW and WWE star was in a “serious injury traffic collision” on Sunday.
He was sent to the Wellstar Kennestone Hospital and it was said the nature of his injuries are very serious. He is also being investigated for driving while impaired by prescription medication when the accident took place. Here is an excerpt from the report:
According to investigators, a black 2013 Chevrolet Tahoe [Bagwell’s vehicle] was traveling west on Cumberland Boulevard, approaching Cumberland Parkway when the driver lost control while negotiating a curve. The Chevrolet Tahoe collided with the center median and metal fence within the median before continuing west across the eastbound lanes. The Chevrolet Tahoe then collided with the curb before colliding into a free-standing bathroom at the Cobb County Transit (CCT) bus station.
Bagwell also sent out a concerning video, where he joked about choking his girlfriend and looked as if he had been in a fight. We wish him a swift recovery and will keep you updated on his condition.
