According to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto is reporting that Amanda Nunes will face Megan Anderson at UFC 256 as per sources.
“Breaking: The GOAT returns on Dec. 12. Amanda Nunes (@Amanda_Leoa) vs. Megan Anderson (@MeganA_mma) has been agreed to for UFC 256 in December, per sources.”
Nunes’ last fight was back on June 6th at UFC 250 when she defended her UFC Women’s Featherweight Championship against Felicia Spencer. Nunes won the fight by unanimous decision.
Nunes currently holds the UFC Featherweight and Bantamweight Championships.
Megan Anderson’s last fight was a KO victory against Norma Dumont Viana at UFC Fight Night: Benavidez vs. Figueiredo on February 29th. She was also awarded performance of the night.
