Roman Reigns made his return to WWE during the end of SummerSlam. It was a closely-guarded secret.
Fans noticed how he had a noticeable edge about him. He hit The Fiend with several Spears and destroyed Braun Strowman with a chair. It seems this was all according to plan.
According to a report by Wrestling News, Vince McMahon “wants Reigns to have an edge to him and what they are doing now with him is what was originally planned for WrestleMania 36.”
We will be interesting to see what is next in store for Roman Reigns now that he has returned. A title match is likely in the near future.
