Several matches were taped for RAW Underground this week but wound up not being used. According to Fightful, the following three segments were scrapped:
Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir both defeated enhancement wrestlers. Duke’s match ran for about a minute and she reportedly got high praise for her striking in the segment.
Titus O’Neil fought Riddick Moss.
Ivar fought Dolph Ziggler. Angel Garza wound up getting involved and took a ton of “huge bumps.”
WWE did air Bobby Lashley vs. Dolph Ziggler and Bobby Lashley vs. Cedric Alexander in two RAW Underground segments. As previously reported, Vince McMahon re-wrote almost all of RAW just one hour before it went live so that’s the likely reason for the changes.
