WWE released over a hundred employees during the April 15th mass exodus. Some have found work elsewhere and the company could be trying to bring back one of them.
According to PW Insider, WWE is trying to hire Nigel McGuinness again. The belief is that he will be making his return soon.
With Mauro Ranallo leaving WWE and the company already in talks with Wade Barrett, offering him a full-time job as an announcer, it is expected WWE needs good announcers.
McGuinness used to work with Mauro Ranallo and Beth Phoenix as part of the NXT commentary team. We will have to see when he will return.
