WWE Hall Of Famer Confirms He & His Family Had COVID
A WWE Hall of Famer has announced he and his family have tested positive for COVID-19.
Yesterday, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson announced he, his wife Lauren and their two daughters tested positive for the virus. Johnson called the family’s health battle “one of the most challenging and difficult things” they have had to endure. The Rock said he and his family are no longer contagious and are healthy.
Others announcing their positive diagnosis have included Renee Young, AJ Styles and now WWE Hall of Famer Kevin Nash. Following The Rock’s announcement, Nash replied to one of his tweets confirming he and his family have also contracted the virus.
Nash tweeted:
“Welcome to the team. Very sorry you’re family is infected. I was tired for a while didn’t train for the 4th day. My wife still hasn’t got smell or tastes back. Son was asymptomatic. Pray you heal up quickly. Thank you for making people realize it’s real.”
On his Twitter (@RealKevinNash) Thursday, the former WWE and WCW Champion thanked those supporting him, The Rock and their families a quick recovery. Nash said he decided to get tested after not feeling like training for several days.
“Both my son and myself were negative before the end of July,” he tweeted. “My wife just hasn’t gotten all of her smell and taste back. If I don’t want to train I’m sick. I went 4 days not considering it.”
Nash was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015.
