Via their official Twitter account, WWE have just announced the following:
WWE has come to terms on the release of Akam and Rezar (AOP). We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.
Rezar had surgery to repair a torn right bicep earlier this year and was expected to miss the remainder of 2020.
WWE had decided against using Akam while Rezar was out injured. The team had seen a career resurgence after being aligned with Seth Rollins prior to Rezar’s injury.
