Pricing & Main Event Set For United Wrestling Network’s PrimeTime LIVE
The premiere episode of United Wrestling Network’s PrimeTime LIVE is now available for pre-order on Fite TV. UWN is partnering with the National Wrestling Alliance on the weekly Tuesday PPV broadcast, which begins airing Sept. 15.
Prime Time LIVE will air live at 9 p.m. ET Tuesdays from Thunder Studios in Long Beach, Calif., on Fite or In Demand PPV. Prime Time LIVE is now available for pre-order on Fite either $7.99 for the premiere episode or $23.99 for a bundle pack of the first four episodes.
The main event for the premiere episode will be Mike Bennett challenging NWA World’s Champion Nick Aldis for the “Ten Pounds of Gold.” Bennett, who broke out in Ring of Honor, most recently worked for WWE as Mike Kanellis and he held the 24/7 Championship on two occasions. He was seen mostly on “205 Live” where he had several standout matches.
Bennett and his wife Maria Kanellis were among those released by WWE during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. Along with Rusev, Bennett is the most high profile free agent yet to wrestle for a national wrestling company post-WWE.
Late last month, Bennett challenged Aldis to a match in a video posted to his Twitter @RealMikeBennett.
