Clash of Champions starts in only a few hours but there seems to be a late change of the card that WWE has yet to announce.
As discussed today, Nikki Cross, who is scheduled to compete against Bayley for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, has been a doubt for tonight’s PPV and was not at Smackdown at all on Friday.
Gary Cassidy, Lead Writer for Inside The Ropes, tweeted out tonight to confirm that BOTH Bayley vs Nikki Cross and Riott Squad vs Shayna and Nia will now no longer take place. John Pollock had originally broken the news.
Cassidy has also stated that Asuka vs Zelina Vega for the RAW Women’s Championship, which was originally scheduled to be on pre show, will now be promoted to the main show in replacement. Cassidy also tweeted saying that ‘it looks like, Shayna Baszler will be wrestling at Clash of Champions’ tonight
As of writing WWE is still yet to confirm any of these changes and is still advertising all the matches that were confirmed at the end of Fridays Smackdown episode.
