Former NXT and United States champion Andrade has taken to Twitter to potentially tease a return to the ‘black and gold brand’
On the most recent episode of Monday Night RAW, ‘El Idolo’ lost to his former tag team partner Angel Garza and was then consoled by his former manager Zelina Vega. It would then go from bad to worse for Andrade as he and Vega were greeted by The Fiend Bray Wyatt and Alexa Bliss. Both where hit with dual Sister Abigail’s. To make matters worse, Andrade was not even drafted during the WWE draft and is now a free agent, so could this be the end for Andrade on raw? He would tweet out the following:
Andrade was a huge star on NXT, and upon being called up to the ‘main roster’ he had a lot of early success, but lately things have not been going well for him. Perhaps a return ‘home’ to NXT could spark his career back to life.
As for Zelina Vega she was drafted to Smackdown after RAW went off the air but Andrade has chosen to tweet a photo of both of them. Vega and Andrade achieved the most success in their career when they were side by side as a duo, so hopefully if Andrade does return to NXT, Zelina Vega will be by his side.
Could Andrade be targeting ‘The Prince’ Finn Balor and his NXT championship? If so I am sure the entire WWE Universe will be excited at the prospect of this! Could that be the main event of NXT Takeover 32?
